Limited Warranty Policies

Resense Brand Consultants Limited (hereinafter known as the “Company”) guarantees to offer limited warranty, maintenance (including replacement parts)  or other services (collectively, the “Warranty Service”) for its associated peripheral devices and parts (collectively, the “Product”) purchased from the Company or a Reseller authorized by the Company according to the terms and conditions stated below: 

Please register the product at http://www.flashforge.com.hk/warranties.html within 30 days of purchase for warranty service. 
 
Products must be installed in accordance with the User Manual (available at http://www.flashforge.com.hk/downloads.html ) 

1 year labor and parts (excluding consumable parts) carry-in warranty for Finder, Dreamer, and Creator Pro,  Guider II, Inventor I, Inventor II, and Hunter 3D Printers. Any replaced defective parts will become the Company's property. 

The warranty term is “carry-in”, customer need to carry the product to the Company for repairing. Address: Room 78, 3/F, Sino Industrial Plaza, Kai Cheung Road, Hong Kong 

No coverage or benefits under this Limited Warranty will exist if any of the following conditions apply: The Product has been subjected to abnormal use, damaged out of misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, exposure to moisture, fire, electrical problems associated with incoming power, or modifications and repair outside of the Company. 

Please present the warranty card together with the official purchase invoice to the Company for inspection during each warranty repair request. 

Neither the Company nor its’ designated representative will be liable under any circumstances for Product replacement or associated labor, loss of use, loss of profits, or for any other indirect, incidental, collateral, exemplary, punitive, consequential or special damages, or losses arising out of the purchase of the Product and/or out of this limited warranty, even if the Company or its’ designated representative have been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.  
To the extent such claims are not excludable as adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, you agree to accept as sole and exclusive remedy, a payment equal to the original purchase price for the product adjudged to be defective.
